Most beautiful video of Iceland I’ve seen for a while. The video is made by my friend Haukur and features a unique, but seldom visited place in Iceland, Hornvík. Hornvík is a deserted bay in the completely uninhabited Hornstrandir nature reserve on the northwestern most point of Iceland. There were three farms in the bay, but the last one was deserted in 1946.
You can go to Hornvík with Haukur, by going on a trip with North Explorers.
Absolutely breathtaking. I must go.
